What is going on here
The bush is one big rounded shape with six berries sitting on it, a cloud on one side and the sun on the other. Few areas, all of them generous.

The berries are the smallest things on the page and work well as a finishing touch at the end.
Colouring it with a toddler
Quick to finish. Four or five big areas and a handful of dots.
Thick crayons beat pencils at this age — they need no grip strength and they do not break when a child leans on them. A scene has more in it than a single animal, so expect it to be done over two sittings rather than one.
