Dancing Friends
Little stages, each with its own song, and a cast of animals who dance while your child watches.
Partly free
What it is
A music-and-movement game built as a set of separate scenes: a concert stage, a sunny meadow, a quiet night, the beach, under the sea, outer space, a country farm, a snowy winter, the jungle, a rooftop disco, a rainy day and the circus.
Each scene has its own song, its own dance and its own little outfits for the animals. Switching between them is part of the fun — children tend to pick a favourite and come back to it.
How to play
Choose a scene and the music starts. The animals dance on their own — there is nothing to tap and nothing to get right, only something to watch.
Nothing has to be finished. The scene plays for as long as your child wants it to, and the arrows move on to the next one.
What it builds
Music is one of the earliest things small children respond to physically — they bounce, sway and clap before they can describe what they're hearing. Different songs give that response something varied to work with.
The scenes also quietly widen vocabulary: a farm, a jungle, the seabed, space. Sitting beside your child and naming what you both see turns the game into a conversation.
Ages and pace
Works across the whole 1-4 range, and often earlier. It is one of the calmer games in the app, which makes it a reasonable choice for the end of the day.
