Who Wawa is
Wawa is the puppy with one ear patch, floppy ears and a tail mid-wag. He runs the cloud maze and turns up wherever something needs to be chased.
He is drawn the same way everywhere he appears, with the same colours and the same face, so a child learns to recognise him quickly. That matters more at this age than anything he actually does on screen: a familiar face behaving predictably is what makes a screen feel calm rather than loud.
Colour Wawa in
The patch around one eye is the feature, and it is the part children most often colour a different shade from the rest of him. His ears hang down either side of the head as two wide areas, and the belly is one more.
