PlayKiko is a simple, offline game app made for children aged 1–3 to enjoy alongside a parent or caregiver. You may use it freely for personal, non-commercial play. We provide the app with care, but as a small independent project, we offer it "as is." That's really all there is to it.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use PlayKiko on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use. This is a license to use the app — not to own it.
PlayKiko is designed for young children to use together with an adult. Please keep an eye on little ones while they play, and use your device's parental controls where helpful. You, as the parent or caregiver, are responsible for supervising your child's use of the app.
PlayKiko is free to download. If we ever offer optional purchases, they are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, and are subject to Apple's terms. We never see or store payment information. Any purchase — including accidental ones by a child — is managed through Apple and your device settings, so we recommend enabling purchase restrictions when a child is playing.
To keep things simple and safe, please don't copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, or try to extract the app's code or artwork; don't use PlayKiko in any unlawful way; and don't attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app. It's made for gentle play — let's keep it that way.
Everything you see in PlayKiko — Kiko, her friends, the artwork, sounds, characters, and design — belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other rights. Enjoying it inside the app is exactly what it's for; reusing it elsewhere without permission is not allowed.
We build PlayKiko with real care, but we can't promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted. The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be free of every bug or that it will run flawlessly on every device.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PlayKiko and its maker are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Because PlayKiko collects no data and works offline, there's very little that can go wrong — but this clause is here so expectations are clear.
If these terms ever change, we'll update this page and the date above. If a change is significant, we'll do our best to make it easy to notice. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, where the developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your own country.
